My name is Sharon Feanny and I’m a master yoga instructor, health coach, and a wife, and mother to 3 amazing children. Like you, my life is incredibly full, and it’s not always been easy.
I’ve been through 2 marriages (and one heartbreaking divorce), created and let go of multiple businesses I loved, lived with an autoimmune disease for the past 20 years, and most recently, made it through the fires of menopause – which nearly knocked me flat.
I wish I could say I sailed through all of it with ease and grace. But the truth is, no one does. We’re all struggling with something. As yoga teaches us, life is just waves rising and falling.
So how can you ride the waves… instead of crashing into the shore?
As a leader in the wellness world for the past 30 years, I’ve always known what I “should” do to eat well, exercise and take care of myself – but somehow nothing ever stuck long-term. Whenever life got really busy or stressful, I would quickly get off-track again.

For 7 days, we will eliminate the 5 “bad boys”: alcohol, sugar, wheat, dairy + processed or acidic-producing foods. (Coffee lovers: relax! If caffeine is your vice, you will be allowed 1 cup of black coffee a day and get support to help you slowly wean off.) Don’t worry – you’ll never go hungry! This program is not about starvation, but about incorporating healthy, anti-inflammatory foods into your diet.
Self-care is NOT selfish. It’s vital to a healthy and fulfilling life. This is your opportunity to fill up your own cup, so you have more to give. Each day you’ll incorporate one new self-care practice, until they become a part of your daily routine. There will also be one self-inquiry question each day – designed to help you connect more deeply with who you truly are, and move through any blocks that are holding you back.

Pre-Program January 18-20
The 3-day Pre-Program period is designed to help you prepare for the program. You will shop for groceries, meal prep, and arrange your schedule – to set yourself up for success. You’ll also begin cutting back on sugar, alcohol, wheat, dairy and caffeine to ease your transition into the detox. A Live Group Q&A Call will give you a chance to ask any questions you have, and feel fully supported as you begin your program.
Core Program January 21-27
The 7-day Program is a complete mind / body / soul experience. You’ll receive daily emails with your yoga, meditation + self-care practices, as well as easy and delicious recipes you’ll love. Although you’re doing this from the comfort of home, you’ll never feel alone! Post-Program January 28-30

Can I do this program while still going to work / living my life as usual?
Absolutely-this program was designed with just this in mind! I want you to learn how to live this lifestyle, not just for a week-but for LIFE! You may have to wake up a little earlier than usual to get your morning Yoga in, but you will be going to bed earlier, so it’s all good. The key is preparing your food beforehand so it’s ready to go each day...don’t worry, we will teach you that too!
What do you mean when you say “detox?” Will I be starving??
There is absolutely no starvation in my Detox Program. In fact, I don't believe in that approach. Yes, we will be eliminating Sugar, Alcohol, Wheat, Dairy, Acidic and Processed foods from our diet but we will also be incorporating clean, delicious, healthy foods into your diet. You will begin each day with a filling Green Power Smoothie, followed by a light breakfast. Lunch will be your main meal of the day. Then you will have an afternoon snack and dinner will be a super nutritious soup and salad. I promise you won’t starve!
I’ve never done yoga before. Will I be able to keep up?
Perfect! I love that you have never done yoga before. You will need to get yourself a Yoga Mat and then all you need is an open heart and mind. The Yoga i’ll be teaching you may not look anything like what you would get in a yoga studio. I have created a unique style of Yoga, just for my detox programs called Live FIT Yoga that combines breathwork, movement and meditation. It’s suitable for all levels and will challenge you and move you out of your comfort zone, but that’s a good thing!! The best part is, you will have these Yoga videos for life-so there will be no excuses not to get on your Yoga Mat!
What kind of yoga will we be practicing in this program?
I’ve created a unique style of yoga just for this program. It’s called Live Fit Yoga, and it’s a combination of Kundalini Yoga (the most ancient form of yoga) with the most up-to-the minute fitness technology-high-intensity interval training. It’s designed for ALL levels – and will help speed up the detox process as well as clear your mind, strengthen your body and give you incredible energy. All classes end with deep relaxation and meditation-you will love it!
I hate cooking. Will I have to prepare a lot of meals?
OK that’s a loaded question and guess what, I used to hate cooking too until I realized that the best way to take charge of your health, is to take charge of what and how you eat. So, with that in mind, yes, there is some preparation of meals but I am going to show you how to make it easy and simple and maybe even a JOYFUL process. I hope by the end of the program you are going to enjoy being in your kitchen and preparing healthy meals for you and your family!
Can I still go to the gym and do my regular workouts?
Absolutely! I’m a gym rat myself and love to work out! So, go ahead and do your regular workouts, but a HUGE part of the success of this program is the Yoga. My recommendation is to do the Yoga Video each day first, then schedule the gym if you feel you want more. You may find that the Yoga is all you need this week and take the opportunity to give yourself a break from the gym. It's so important to mix things up every now and then-and to give your body a rest.
Do I have to give up coffee?
Ahhhhh-the coffee question!! As a certified coffee addict, I know why you are asking this question as its SO HARD to give up coffee. It's also not a good idea to do it cold turkey, so here is what we are going to do. Yes, you can begin day 1 of your program with a cup of black (organic if possible) coffee, the next day you will do 3/4 a cup, the following day you will do ½ cup. On day 4, you will do ¼ of a cup and hopefully by day 5, you will not have coffee at all. This way you go into the last 2 days of your detox caffeine free, without the dreadful headaches and you will have weaned yourself off. Coffee is not bad, but it is very dehydrating and it is good to give your kidneys and liver a break from it every now and then! Signed, a true coffee addict :)
What are the dates of the program?
The program has three phases. The Pre-Program prep period is January 18-20th. The core program is January 21-27th and the Post-Program is January 28-30th.
What if I can’t make it to the Live Q&A Calls? Will they be recorded?
Yes, absolutely! All the Live Calls will be recorded and we will get the recording out to you asap.
How much support will I get?
You will be supported by me every step of the way through daily emails, our Live Q & A Calls, our Private Facebook Group and be each other on the Journey!
