Ingredients
1 cup berries (your favorite or a combo!)
½ cup red cabbage (or kale, bokchoy, spinach, or whatever greens you have on hand)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon flaxseeds or chia seeds
1 cup coconut water
1 cup Homemade Vanilla Almond Milk, Homemade Coconut Milk (pages 158 & 159 of my Live Fit Kitchen Cookbook), or store-bought unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon honey or 2 pitted dates
1 handful ice
