Shipping
All orders for physical products, such as bottles of coconut oil, will be processed within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Once the order is processed, it will be shipped from our location in Jamaica to the shipping address provided during checkout. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination selected during checkout.
Digital Products
All digital products, such as e-books and other downloadable content, will be available for download immediately upon purchase. Customers will receive a confirmation email with a link to download the purchased digital product. If there are any issues with downloading or accessing the purchased digital product, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns and Refunds
We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with your physical product purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for digital products as they cannot be returned or resold.
