1 medium beet, peeled and chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 apple, diced (or any fruit you love; papaya and pineapple work well here too)
½ cup fresh parsley
1 (3-inch) knob ginger
1 cup coconut water
1 teaspoon honey or 2 pitted dates
1 handful ice
