Morning Macachino

This coffee recipe uses honey or coconut sugar instead of white sugar and gives your body a superfood energy charge with maca powder and your blood sugar balance with cinnamon. ⅛ cup Homemade Vanilla Almond Milk or Homemade Coconut Milk (pages 158 & 159 of Live Fit Kitchen Cookbook) or store-bought unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1 teaspoon maca powder
1 pinch cinnamon
Honey or coconut sugar

1. Put coffee, almond milk, maca powder, cinnamon, and honey to taste in a high-speed blender and blend until combined.
